What is Bio Glitter? Microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) is a purified, partially depolymerised cellulose. It's made by treating alpha-cellulose, a pulp made from fibrous plant material, with mineral acids. A gorgeous alternative to conventional glitter products.

How to use
For best results apply a swipe of NOTO Hydra Highlighter, or similar product, as an adhesive base. Dab on glitter wherever you want a touch or a lot of shimmer! To use in hair, sprinkle desired amount ruffle in with your fingers.
