After shampooing with Feed Your Moisture Shampoo, work through a golf-ball size amount of conditioner, massaging into roots and ends. Let sit in your hair for a few minutes before rinsing. You can also use this as a deep-conditioning treatment once a week. Apply to washed hair and apply heat to it. A warm towel, sit in a sauna, relax in the bath - whatever you want to do to rest up for 10 minutes. Rinse and enjoy your deeply hydrated hair!
